Relent Return and Refund Policy

At Relent, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Relent’s energy pouches, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

  • Feedback, or anything in relation to the situation causing the return.

Relent reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 


2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used.

  • Products purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at [Email Address] or [Phone Number] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories.

  3. Attach the order confirmation or packing slip in the return package to confirm return requests.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5-10 business days]. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


5. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.


6. Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.


7. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before processing and shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.


8. Refund Exceptions Refunds may be denied under the following circumstances:

  • Returned products show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

  • The return request is made outside of the eligible 30-day period.

  • The product is returned without an RMA number or proper documentation.
